Chiropractors

I told some about the chiropractor offices I visited yesterday.   One was busy so I couldn’t talk to him and another was closed, but they are on my list.  : )

 

One I did get to talk to and when he asked what was in my packets, I mentioned Garcinia Cambogia and he said, “That’s huge!   Sure we’ll put your packet here.”    Both he and his secretary had heard Dr. Oz talk about it. 

 

All I did was make up long plastic sleeves that hold either 14 sticks for $30 or 7 sticks for $20.   I split the profit with them.   I told them I am a resident of Morgan Hill and trying to get the word out in the town about a new product:  Weight-loss coffee.   That was when I first walked in and he was in the adjoining room and he came out into the reception area and he said:  “Weight-loss coffee??”    (He is thin, by-the-way)  We all know that chiropractors are into healthy things and natural things, so that is a good prospecting source. 

 

Today he called me and said, “You know that packet of coffee samples you brought here yesterday?   We sold them.  Bring more!”   He talked about displaying it there, etc.   I said, “Maybe you’ll be my business partner and he said, “there ya go!”    So we’ll see!  

Blood thinner

My brother John (he is a member of Javita, too) has had 9 ablations for his heart.  That is too much detail to explain but for this info, I’ll just say he has been on blood thinner for years and years.  He goes every few weeks to have his blood monitored so it doesn’t get too thick or thin and they adjust the medicine accordingly.    He went in January and they noticed his blood was getting thinner.   He went again the other day and it had gotten thinner still and they asked if he’d changed his diet.  He said, “Well, I’m eating low carb.”  He didn’t say anything about Javita because it didn’t dawn on him until he was on the way home that that is why his blood is thinner.   He said he’s done low carb diets many times and nothing changed.    He is a bit worried in case his blood gets too thin, but they lowered his blood thinner dose and will continue to do so as needed.  

 

I told him that is a good thing and he had to agree.

Here is the Facebook response to Susanna's question regarding elevated liver enzymes

My only response is my personal results. High liver enzymes is sign of a distraught liver. I highly doubt this person drank coffee and then did a liver panel. The only reason for checking liver enzymes is when people are on medications that must be monitored or when they are sick and the health of the liver is in question. This person had something going on previously. This coffee has helped me in numerous ways and I spoke with a biophysicist who understands garcinia and feels it is crucial for many ailments. For me, for what its worth, my liver is a much happier liver since I started drinking burn. Tablets also have fillers and other issues that bind them together. I just don't see this herb being behind this test result. Again, just my opinion. As someone seriously struggling with my health I do not defend this coffee simply because I am in this company. I am in this company because the garcinia changed the course of my health, has given me hope and allows me to put up a much better battle.

Store bought gacinia cambogia capsules

I looked on the box of a popular Garcinia Cambogia box of capsules today and there are lots of other questionable ingredients in there.  Any of these could cause problems.  Javita's doesn't have those fillers in their coffee and tea.

Isn't it interesting that the internal medicine doctor who speaks on Dr. Oz's video recommends it to her patients in the capsule form.  Surely she has monitored these people, you would think.

I found this when I Googled why a person's liver enzymes would be elevated....

Liver enzymes

Enzymes are proteins found in your body that speed up certain chemical reactions. Liver enzymes perform these jobs within the liver. Two of the common ones are known as "AST" and "ALT."
If the liver is damaged, AST and ALT pass into the bloodstream. When your doctor looks at the results from your blood tests, AST and ALT values are higher than normal if your liver is damaged.
The damage to the liver can come from viruses, such as the hepatitis C virus, over-the-counter drugs, and prescription and street drugs. If your VA doctor starts you on a certain medication, he or she may need to monitor your blood chemistries to make sure the medication is not causing further harm to your liver.

Results of liver enzyme tests

Low level of liver enzymes in blood:

Usually, this means the liver is healthy. However, a patient may have normal liver enzymes levels but still have liver damage.

Higher than normal level of liver enzymes in blood:

This can mean the liver is unhealthy. Patients also can have higher than normal liver enzyme levels related to problems in other organs, such as their bile ducts.

Need info for Belinda on liver enzymes - her doctor's mother took garcinia cambogia tablets (not Javita) and had elevated liver enzyme levels. Belinda would like some info/reassurance from a physician if one exists that GC does not cause liver damage. Do we have anything like this? I posted on Java Giants FB page asking same question.

Some useful information

I sent John Haremza a Facebook message because why not, right?  Anyway, he actually answered me.  I asked for any tips, etc.  He stressed the CD that came in our initial member box and also he has some potentially helpful videos on www.johnharemza.com.  So....something to check out in your spare time (haha).

Also SUMMER IS COMING

Another thing we can maybe emphasize right now is that summer is just around the corner!  Now is the time that a lot of people are thinking about wanting to fit in their bathing suits.....so we can bring that up when talking to people and also----like Leslie's great idea with the wedding prep places, we could look for places that specialize in bathing suits/summer wear.  Just another possibility!

Wedding Day Jitters

I had an idea this morning for small packages for sale. As I was driving by The Wedding Ring Shop (and of course it has a cute little song that goes along with it on the commercial on the radio) I had a brainstorm for asking the manager if I could set up a nice basket in there with some Product Overview fliers; and my packages would be eight to a bag...and the bags would be those nice little drawstring, sheer netting bags you can buy in craft stores, maybe in pink or various wedding colors, $20/bag. We all know brides-to-be and even grooms-to-be want to look their best at their wedding!! And if they're already at their goal weight, Javita will ensure that they stay there :) The bags could consist of just burn+control, just lean+green, or a combination; they would just need to be labeled with the contents.

My friend in Texas, who is a Customer of mine, called me a few moments ago to share a new "discovery." :)  When she first started drinking the energy+mind she could barely gulp it down fast enough -- it was "so bitter" to her that she had to put a lot of creamer and sugar in it just to get it down as fast as she could.   I suggested her maybe adding a little bit more water than usual.  Well, today she got busy after making her coffee so it sat for awhile; and when she went back to it, it was cooled down to just a warm temperature, and she noticed that it didn't taste bad at all.  In fact, she didn't even need to add creamer OR sugar!!  She liked the mild taste that it had :)  So good news!!!

Maria wanted more coffee

Out in the drizzle and dark I went this evening because my new friend, Maria, at Images Hair Salon was out of the samples I'd given her of the coffee to try and wanted more.  (I wrote about her this past week when I went to a couple salons)   She wanted me to sell it cheaper but I persevered and charged her the retail price.  I told her if she had a debit or credit card, I'd bring my Android tablet and set up her account and she'd get it cheaper, but she doesn't like to use credit cards; her husband doesn't want her to.  In fact her husband was down at the Catholic Church and that is why she wanted me to come right away since he was gone.

She said she really likes the coffee and isn't hungry for hours and feels good.  She is sensitive to many things but not to Javita's coffee.  At first she was drinking half a stick of coffee, but now she is craving a whole stick and loving it!   She had me bring also a copy of our paper that tells what each herb does and wanted a couple sticks of the green tea to try too.  

She promised that the next time she'll use a debit or credit card and have it delivered to her door.  : ) 

I asked about her son getting some as she'd told me how large he is, but she said "I want him to buy his own!"   In other words, he isn't going to get into her stash!!

Javita Coffee!

I found the long, plastic sealable bags that I've seen other Javita people use for several sticks of our coffee.  I went to Walmart and Staples, etc., but all of theirs are short.  What I've seen at our events are long narrow plastic sealable sleeves that hold our brochures also (could put a few in there) and sticks of coffee.  Here is where I found them:

Just wanted to let everyone know that my daughter-in-law has been drinking Burn and Control for about 2 weeks now. She is not only shrinking in size, but has absolutely no desire to smoke any longer. Just waiting for the income tax money and she will be on board as a Member!
